Aggie focuses her practice on commercial real estate, financing, and general transaction fields. Her practice has a strong emphasis on distressed commercial real estate matters, and all issues related to commercial mortgage-backed securities. She regularly assists clients with loan workout agreements, foreclosures, receiverships, forbearance agreements, note sales, and commercial leases.
She practiced in Delaware for several years prior to commencing her practice in our Philadelphia office. She has represented both creditors and debtors in chapter 11 bankruptcy matters and has experience in commercial litigation and handling contract disputes. In addition, Aggie has experience in civil litigation, particularly within the context of employment and labor.
She served as the judicial law clerk to President Judge Vaughn of the Delaware Superior Court, who now serves as a justice on the Delaware Supreme Court. She has also clerked for Judge Robert B. Young and was a judicial law clerk extern to Justice Ridgely of the Delaware Supreme Court.
