Andrew K. Puls

Biography

Andrew is a member of our Litigation Department and where he focuses his practice on representing local and national clients in an AmLaw 100 environment. He represents clients in both state and federal courts in many areas of civil litigation, including breach of contract, real property disputes, business torts, and insurance coverage. Andrew’s significant litigation experience includes serving as second-chair trial counsel, including cross-examination of hostile witnesses, witness preparation for trial and deposition, appellate briefing as both appellant and respondent, and all phases of written discovery.
