Angela Edwards, a partner in Dinsmore’s Louisville office, has been elected to serve a year term as Secretary of the Louisville Bar Association. As Secretary, her responsibilities include keeping the minutes for all Board meetings and participating in the Executive Committee, which is accountable for guiding the organization and vetting issues that are addressed by the full Board of Directors. Edwards has been a member of the Louisville Bar Association since 1996, and has served on the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Diversity Committee and Chaired the Summer Internship Committee.
Edwards is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on ERISA litigation, financial class actions, commercial litigation and accountant and attorney malpractice defense litigation. Edwards is a member of many organizations including the Executive Branch Ethics Commission, ALFA International, Litigation Counsel of America, and several others.
