Anna Dailey is a Partner in the firm's Labor and Employment Group. Anna's practice involves all facets of labor law issues crossing a manager's desk, including advice in lawful campaigning to defeat union organizing campaigns; conducting representation and objection hearings; assisting in collective bargaining negotiations; representation in arbitration hearings; defending or prosecuting unfair labor practice charges; advice in strikes situations; guidance in successorship issues; and labor due diligence in transactions. Her employment law practice includes advising and defending corporations on compliance with the myriad of federal and state employment laws including discrimination charges, wrongful discharge trials and providing advice on handling complex employment problems. She has also represented employers in more than a dozen state and federal jury trials. Anna has conducted internal investigations for clients related to both discrimination and allegations of fraud.
In the coal industry, Anna represents coal companies in whistle blower claims under MSHA Section 105(c) and defends supervisors in MSHA Section 110 actions. In the healthcare field, Anna provides advice to hospitals in employment matters, collective bargaining and contracts with physicians. Anna is a member of the firm's Associate Evaluation Committee.
