H. Derek Hall joins Dinsmore’s Lexington office

Dinsmore & Shohl welcomes H. Derek Hall to the firm’s Lexington office. Hall will practice out of the Corporate Department with the Business Restructuring Group.
Hall comes to Dinsmore from Frost Brown Todd LLC where his practice focused on representing and advising clients on bankruptcy, restructuring and creditor’s rights law. His practice involves the representation of creditors in various matters, such as out-of-court workouts, foreclosures, general business and commercial litigation and all forms of bankruptcy proceedings. Hall also represented debtors and creditors’ committees in Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings.
Hall earned his J.D. from the University Of Kentucky College Of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Valedictorian.
