Bill Leibold is a Partner in the Corporate Department. Bill concentrates his practice in the area of business and corporation law. His practice has focused heavily on general business representation (both large and small enterprises), and on domestic and foreign product distribution counseling and the associated antitrust and trade regulation issues. As part of his business practice, he has been involved in various acquisitions and divestitures, financings, securities transactions, and strategic planning projects.
