Boyd Moehring is a Partner in the Corporate Department. His practice focuses on business transactions in a number of areas, including joint ventures, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and the sale and leasing of real estate. Boyd also serves as outside general counsel to a number of privately held businesses. Boyd is also a CPA and prior to his career as an attorney and business advisor, worked for a major public accounting firm. Boyd uses this strong financial background and legal knowledge to help clients solve their legal, financial and business needs in an efficient and cost effective manner.
