Boyd Moehring is a Partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm's Securities Practice Group. His practice focuses on business transactions in a number of areas, including joint ventures, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and the sale and leasing of real estate. Boyd also serves as outside general counsel to a number of privately held businesses. His objective is to apply his legal knowledge and business sense to efficiently and cost-effectively serve the needs of his clients.
