Brace Mullett, a partner in the Charleston office of Dinsmore & Shohl, was recently appointed by Governor Joe Manchin to the Concord University Board of Governors. The Board of Governors is responsible for managing the financial, business, and education policies and affairs for Concord University.
Brace Mullett is a partner in the Litigation Department. He is a civil litigator who regularly advises clients on contractual and tortious claims as well as labor and employment issues. Brace is a 1998 graduate of Concord University, where he was honored as the 1997-98 WVIAC Scholar Athlete of the Year. Brace's roots at Concord Univeristy extend down from his father, also a Concord graduate, who coached the football team from 1989-1998, where he led the program to two WVIAC Championships and a trip to the National Playoffs.
