Carl W. Breeding

Biography

Carl is the past office managing partner of the Frankfort, Kentucky office. He focuses his practice on regulatory law and government relations matters. Along with representing business and industry on environmental, natural resources, insurance and other administrative issues, he is a registered legislative agent and executive branch lobbyist.

Prior to joining the firm, Carl served as chair of Greenebaum Doll & McDonald's Government Affairs team.
