Chris Muth is a Partner in the Corporate Department. Chris has extensive corporate and transactional experience in representing publicly and privately held buyers and sellers in mergers, asset acquisitions, divestitures, stock purchase transactions and corporate finance. His practice also includes negotiating economic development incentive agreements on behalf of clients and the formation of captive insurance companies.
Chris also serves on the board of directors of a specialty commercial finance company, a Cincinnati based mutual fund and a family owned food company. Chris commits himself to being involved in the Cincinnati community, serves on the board of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and is serving as the orchestra's outside legal counsel.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a Partner with Greenebaum, Doll & McDonald PLLC. During his tenure with the firm he served as a member of the Executive Committee and as Member-in-Charge of their Cincinnati, Ohio and Covington, Kentucky offices from 2007 to 2008. In addition, Chris previously worked for one of the “Big Four” public accounting firms and in the tax department of a Fortune 300 diversified manufacturing company. His collective experience results in a practical, business-oriented approach to providing legal solutions.
