Christopher Elswick has joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP as an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. He will practice in the firm's Cincinnati office.
Elswick will join the firm's continually expanding worldwide intellectual property practice, which includes 35 full-time IP attorneys with substantial experience in all areas of intellectual property law. He will focus his practice on the protection, assessment and enforcement of intellectual property rights, with an emphasis on patent prosecution in the area of mechanical engineering.
Prior to joining the firm, Elswick practiced in the Cincinnati office of Thompson Hine L.L.P. Earlier in his career, he practiced in the Boston, Massachusetts office of Fish & Richardson P.C. Elswick earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
