Colin Lindsay, a partner in the Louisville office of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, was recently inducted as the 2009 President by the Louisville Bar Association (LBA). An LBA member since 1988, Lindsay has served on the Executive Committee as President-Elect, Chair of Diversity Committee, and served on the association's Board of Directors among others. Lindsay is the 105th attorney to lead the LBA.
Lindsay is a partner in the Litigation Department. He practices primarily in commercial and intellectual property litigation. Lindsay also has substantial experience in product liability and mass tort litigation. He has substantial trial experience and has twice served as an adjunct instructor at the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, where he taught advanced trial practice. Lindsay earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and his B.A. from West Virginia University
