Diane M. Medina

Biography

Diane focuses her practice on helping clients working in the beer, wine and spirits industries. Most of her clients are small craft breweries and she is the legal resource for all of their compliance questions under the California Alcoholic Beverage Control Act. She also negotiates distribution relations and contract details on behalf of breweries as they expand their products in new markets. 

No stranger to advocacy, Diane has successfully litigated motions, writs of mandate, administrative hearings and jury trials during the course of her career. She is a graduate of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and has a B.A. in Political Science from California State University in Bakersfield.
