Dinsmore & Shohl LLP and Louisville-based Woodward, Hobson & Fulton L.L.P., announced the merger of their firms. Woodward, an icon in the Kentucky legal community with a large corporate, litigation and labor & employment law practice, will combine with Dinsmore & Shohl effective September 1, 2009.
Founded in 1917, Woodward, Hobson & Fulton is comprised of 54 practicing attorneys. With their addition, Dinsmore & Shohl gains additional strengths in a number of core areas including: corporate law, products liability, tort and labor & employment law.
