Diane Dobrea and Joel Cloud, two experienced intellectual property attorneys, have joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. The attorneys will be moving from Hahn Loeser + Parks to Dinsmore & Shohl's Columbus Office.

With their addition, Dinsmore & Shohl's Intellectual Property Practice Group will now consist of 28 lawyers.
Diane, a partner, and Joel, an associate, will practice in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group. Their practice involves a combined focus on intellectual property transactions and the preparation, prosecution and maintenance of patent and trademark cases. They also counsel clients on intellectual property-related transactions, including preparing and negotiating licenses, assignments, and technology transfer, development, and collaboration agreements.
Dinsmore & Shohl, established in 1908, is currently the largest law firm in its hometown of Cincinnati, and has a growing presence in Ohio, recently becoming the second largest firm in Dayton and ninth largest in Central Ohio with 46 lawyers according to Columbus Business First's "Book of Lists."
