Doug Feichtner is a partner in the Environmental, Toxic Tort, and Product Liability Practice Groups. His experience covers all aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including taking and defending depositions, motion practice, and oral argument. He has significant experience in preparing corporate witnesses in "bet-the-company" cases, and working with individuals in the areas of industrial hygiene and exposure assessment. Doug's trial experience includes assistance in the representation of an international manufacturer of chemicals, flavors, and fragrances in multiple jury trials to verdict. Doug has successfully represented clients, including individuals and small businesses, in trials to the bench and mediations in both Ohio and Kentucky. Doug also has experience counseling clients in regards to post-judgment collection services in Ohio and Kentucky. He has presented at trade and professional organizations on topics such as the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard and record-keeping requirements. Doug also pursues knowledge in the area of green building, helping clients evaluate the requirements and benefits of sustainable building practices and counsel building owners, general contractors, architects, materials suppliers, and others in the development, construction, and financing of sustainable buildings.
