Eddie Edwards, Jr. is a member of the Corporate Department. He focuses his practice on general corporate and securities law. Eddie assists his clients with the formation of corporate entities and counsels them in corporate governance issues. In addition, Eddie has unique experience in the sports industry, primarily advising players from the National Football League with contract negotiations, litigation, and client counseling.
