Please join Dinsmore for its Annual CLE Event on Friday, December 2, 2011 at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati. The seminar will include credit for Substance Abuse, Professionalism and Ethics.

Highlights include:

  • Substance Abuse – Kelly A. Pitocco will present on substance abuse, including causes, detection, prevention, and treatment.
  • Professionalism – Douglas B. Wojcieszak, Founder and Spokesperson of The Sorry Works! Coalition, will present on Sorry Works! – An Introduction to Disclosure and Apology, which will focus on strategies from the medical community for handling serious claims against any business efficiently, effectively, and with professionalism.
  • Ethics – Mark A. Vander Laan, Partner at Dinsmore & Shohl will moderate a panel which discusses the ethical implications of Sorry Works! through a series of hypotheticals explaining the meaning of ethical conduct.
