Intellectual Property Seminar and Cincinnati Reds Outing

Please join us at Great American Ball Park as Tim Hagan and Joe Schaeff discuss the latest advances in intellectual property law. Tim will discuss several significant recent opinions by the U.S. Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in the patent area, including the long-awaited Bilski opinion. Joe will discuss the re-emergence of Gray Goods in the trademark and copyright areas. This seminar will provide participants with the knowledge and insights necessary to stay up-to-date in this era of constantly changing precedent.

The deadline to respond is Wednesday, July 14th. This course has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 1.50 total CLE hour(s) instruction.
