Please join us for our upcoming complimentary Labor & Employment Breakfast Briefing.  We will review the latest developments implementing -- and, as a result of the 2010 elections, changing -- the Affordable Care Act to analyze health care cost trajectories and their effect on the structure, costs, and tax considerations of health benefit coverage.

Objectives:

  • Apply the tools to analyze and compare the costs of the alternatives the Affordable Care Act (as amended) may provide to business owners and other sponsors of group health plans,
  • Plan for changes in provider reimbursement and its effect on business costs for health benefits, and
  • Learn practical planning tips to cope with any individual or employer "pay or play" penalties.

The program has been approved for 1.5 (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.  Kentucky CLE credit has been approved for 1.5 General hours.  Reservation deadline is Thursday, February 10th.
