Please join the Dinsmore & Shohl Insurance Practice Group in Columbus, Ohio, as we discuss a variety of topical issues affecting insurance carriers in today's evolving insurance world.  The seminar will include remarks by Mary Jo Hudson, the Ohio Superintendent of Insurance, and Jury Consultant Dan Jacks will speak on Finding Jurors Who Can't Be Persuaded.  In addition, an array of Dinsmore & Shohl insurance attorneys from Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia will address seven topics ranging from bad faith and coverage issues to evidentiary issues effecting extra contractual insurance cases and the impact of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act on claims resolution.
