Eric focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities regulation. He has helped guide a wide variety of clients, ranging from publicly held financial institutions to start-up companies through all aspects of the acquisition/sales process, from pre-transaction due diligence through closing and post-closing matters.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, Eric worked in the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance, and he draws on this background to provide guidance on a variety of securities matters. He routinely advises clients on corporate governance, public and private equity offerings, and plays an integral role in the preparation of annual, quarterly and current reports and proxy statements.
Eric also maintains a general corporate practice, frequently counseling his clients on business formation, contract and lease negotiation as well as sweepstakes and contest law.
