Biography

Jim is the former chair of the Intellectual Property department and formerly a member of the Board of Directors and Management Council. His practice focuses on patent application preparation and prosecution, both U.S. and foreign, opinions regarding patentability, patent infringement and validity, technology licensing, and litigation.
