Jim Gottman is Chair of the Intellectual Property Department. Jim is the Managing Partner for the firm's Dayton office and is a member of the Board of Directors and Management Council. Jim's practice focuses on patent application preparation and prosecution, both U.S. and foreign, opinions regarding patentability, patent infringement and validity, technology licensing, and litigation.
