Joanne Schreiner, a partner in the Cincinnati office of Dinsmore & Shohl, was recently honored as the Leading Woman in Management by Leading Women of Greater Cincinnati. Schreiner was honored at the 15th annual luncheon event which recognizes women who are movers and shakers in the region's business community.
Schreiner is a member in the Corporate Department and the Commercial Transactions/Real Estate Practice Group. Her practice involves commercial and business transactions, including acquisitions and mergers, contract negotiation, real estate financing, leasing, sales, and acquisitions. She has extensive experience in handling complex, multi-state secured lending transactions on behalf of national lending institutions. Schreiner earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A. from the University of Akron.
