Dinsmore Adds 4 Partners to Cincinnati Office

In a strategic move to grow an already strong bench of litigation attorneys, Dinsmore & Shohl LLP added four highly regarded partners to its Cincinnati office. Michael J. Bronson, Patrick M. Hagan, Joseph W. Harper and Laurie A. Witek specialize in False Claims Act matters.

Michael J. Bronson focuses on commercial litigation, business disputes, environmental litigation and False Claims Act cases throughout the country. Bronson received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.A. from Denison University.

Patrick M. Hagan’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including False Claims Act and environmental litigation, leading corporate investigations, and coordinating legal and public relations strategies for clients in response to data breaches and reputational attacks. Hagan earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and B.A. from Cornell University.

Joseph W. Harper‘s litigation practice focuses on complex civil litigation with emphasis on litigation under the federal False Claims Act. He has represented False Claims Act defendants in the defense, procurement, and health care sectors and is experienced in leading internal investigations. He also persuaded the Department of Justice to decline intervention in cases seeking hundreds of millions of dollars in False Claims Act damages. Harper received his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and his B.S. from the University of Cincinnati.

Laurie A. Witek focuses her practice on the False Claims Act and qui tam litigation, as well as environmental litigation matters, including environmental enforcement actions seeking RCRA civil penalties. Witek received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and her B.A. from Wright State University.
