Joe Donohue is a Partner in the Litigation Department. Joe has extensive experience in the area of general civil and complex commercial litigation and class action disputes. He has represented clients in numerous state and federal jurisdictions in a wide variety of civil litigation areas including employment discrimination, insurance coverage, product liability, commercial contract and business disputes, professional negligence and general tort litigation. His practice includes all aspects of pre-litigation investigation, trial and appellate work.
Prior to entering private practice, Joe served two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas I. Vanaskie, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Before relocating to Louisville and joining the Firm, Joe practiced for six years in the Pittsburgh office of Jones Day.
