John D. Reed

Biography

John Reed is a Partner in the Intellectual Property Department. John's practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution (domestic and international); patent infringement; clearance; validity and patentability studies; IP due diligence analysis; and client counseling in various intellectual property matters. His patent prosecution experience is concentrated in the mechanical and electromechanical arts, covering technologies such as medical devices; automotive fuel cells; semiconductors; computer devices; industrial machinery; food processing equipment; HVAC systems; aircraft and aircraft propulsion systems; and building and construction devices.
