John Hussell, a partner in the Charleston office of Dinsmore & Shohl, was recently appointed to be a member of the Fiduciary Litigation Committee of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). ACTEC is a national organization of lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors.
Hussell is a partner in the Family Wealth Planning Practice Group. He assists individual and institutional clients in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, charitable giving, and asset protection planning.
