Josh Rogers is a member of the Corporate Department whose practice focuses on family wealth planning, asset protection planning, probate, profit and nonprofit business formation and organization, business succession planning, and litigation. Josh also has experience in representing both individual and institutional clients in various types of civil litigation including will contests, will and trust construction actions, family and probate disputes, real property rights, action to quiet title to minerals, corporate and partnership disputes, and federal and state taxation appeals. Josh is licensed and represents clients in both West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Outside of his practice, Josh is active in the firm, particularly in helping other attorneys reach their potential. He is a member of the Professional Development, Business Development, Associate Evaluation and Recruiting committees, and also chairs the Leadership Academy, a program designed for the firm’s new associates. Josh is also serving as an Adjunct Lecturer for the West Virginia University College of Law’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic.
