Kelly Kauffman is a partner in the Labor and Employment Law Department. Kelly has experience in advising and representing private and public employers in all aspects of employment law and labor relations matters, including litigation in state and federal court; wrongful discharge litigation; ERISA litigation; discrimination and civil rights issues; breach of employment contracts; employment-at-will; collective bargaining negotiations; contract arbitration; and employer-employee relations. She served as a law clerk to the Hon. Alice M. Batchelder - U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
