Lee Westbrook is a Partner in the Litigation Department and is the designated Loss Prevention and Ethics Partner for the Pittsburgh office. His practice involves professional liability defense work in the areas of legal malpractice, bad faith and administrative licensure. He has represented large law firms in federal and state courts in the defense of significant claims of malpractice involving corporate transactions, tax opinions, patent prosecutions and complex litigation. Lee has also litigated matters involving RICO claims, trademark infringement, The Petroleum Marketing Practices Act and insurer bad faith. He regularly represents professionals in criminal court and before administrative licensing boards in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Lee was an Allegheny County Assistant District Attorney from 1995 to 1999 and clerked for the Colorado Attorney General and the Native American Rights Fund between 1993 and 1995.
