Martha Asseff is a member of the Litigation Department. Martha focuses her practice in the areas of probate and fiduciary litigation, as well as business litigation, in state and federal courts. Martha has represented both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in disputes involving trust interpretation, will contests, and breach of fiduciary duty. Martha has represented clients at trial and on appeal, as well as in mediation.
