Matt Arend is a member of the Litigation Department. His practice focuses on business and fiduciary litigation matters at the trial court and appellate levels, with an emphasis on contract disputes; trade secret and non-compete agreements; the defense of health care providers and manufacturers; and general health care law. Matt also has significant experience in health care fraud, medical negligence, health care contracting, and class action matters.
