Thomas Connor, Stephen Schweller and Laura Stewart have been invited to speak at this CLE event hosted by the Cincinnati Bar Association. In this session, the presenters will provide an overview of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) issues and the potentially severe penalties for failure to comply. The program will also address litigation best practices that counsel may employ as they endeavor to comply with the often confusing requirements of the MSP statute.
