Brian Moore has joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP as Of counsel in the Charleston office. He will practice in the firm's Labor and Employment Department. Prior to joining the firm, Moore practiced in the Charleston office of Jackson Kelly PLLC.
Moore represents clients in a wide array of labor and employment disputes, including discrimination, wage and hour, unfair labor practice, and union representation cases. He received his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law (2001) and his B.S.B.A. from the West Virginia University (1998).
