Bryan L. Walker Joins Dinsmore’s D.C. Office

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP welcomes Bryan L. Walker to the firm’s Washington D.C. office. Walker will practice out of the Intellectual Property Department and work with the IP Opinion and Prosecution Group.

Walker comes to Dinsmore from Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP where he prepared and prosecuted patent applications and advised clients on prosecution strategies and the likelihoods of success. Walker also served as a patent examiner for the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, where he examined applications for compliance with federal patent statutes, regulations, and case law. While there, Walker drafted Office Actions, Advisory Actions, Notices of Allowance and Examiner Answers.

Walker earned his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law and received his M.S. and B.S. from Florida Atlantic University.
