Cynthia A. Neal Joins Dinsmore & Shohl’s Cincinnati Office

Dinsmore & Shohl is pleased to announce that Cynthia A. Neal has joined the firm’s Cincinnati office practicing out of the Intellectual Property Department.

Cynthia focuses her practice on trademark and patent preparation and prosecution. Her knowledge spans from mechanical devices and software to complex chemical processes and pharmaceutical formulations. She also counsels a broad range of clients, from individual inventors and startups to Fortune 500 companies, on intellectual property matters, including reviewing disclosures, offering clearance and validity opinions, handling prior art searches, rendering infringement opinions and managing portfolios.

Prior to joining Dinsmore, Cynthia practiced with Wolfe, Sadler, Breen, Morasch & Colby LLC, where she served as a patent attorney. She is currently the Vice-President of CincyIP, and is also a member of the Intellectual Property Owners Assocation. Cynthia earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Miami University.
