Dinsmore 6th on Fastest Growing Law Firms List

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP has been named one of the fastest-growing law firms in the country, according to list compiled by The American Lawyer (Am Law).

Am Law analyzed the top 200 firms in the U.S. to determine which ones had lost and gained the most lawyers in proportion to their size. Dinsmore’s 16.6% increase in attorney headcount from 2014 to 2015 landed it at sixth on the positive growth list.

        “Dinsmore & Shohl (+16.6%): The firm pulled off three separate combinations in 
        2015, starting the year by merging with West Virginia’s Huddleston Bolen and 
        expanding again in September by snapping up Detroit-based IP boutique Gifford,
        Krass, Sprinkle, Anderson & Citkowski. In November, Dinsmore bolted on 
        Leventhal Law in San Diego,” Am Law cited in its article.

For the past five years, Dinsmore has ranked in the 150 top grossing law firms in the country. The American Lawyer compiles results from its annual survey to create these rankings and tracks law firm growth.
