Dinsmore Adds 2 Attorneys to Columbus Office

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP’s Columbus office expands with the hire of two attorneys.

Paige K. Becker joins Dinsmore as an associate in the Corporate Department. Becker comes to Dinsmore from Mayer Brown LLP where her practice focused on reorganization, bankruptcy and insolvency law. Becker has counseled creditors and debtors in Chapter 11 filings and in various other restructuring matters including advising on debtor’s potential UK reorganization and Chapter 15 filings. She has represented creditors regarding claims in an equity receivership, including successfully negotiating with the equity receiver to grant administrative priority to the client’s claim. Becker earned her J.D. at the University of Michigan Law School.

Elizabeth E. Cary joins Dinsmore as an associate in the Litigation Department. Prior to Dinsmore, Cary litigated for Ice Miller, LLP, where she represented business entities and high net worth individuals at each stage of litigation and in regulatory matters. Cary clerked for Chief Judge R. Guy Cole, Jr. where she collaborated on criminal and civil appellate matters. Cary earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta Georgia where she was selected for the Robert Beynart Award for Professionalism and Ethics.
