Dinsmore’s April Butler joins Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities

Dinsmore & Shohl is pleased to announce that April Butler has been appointed to the Hamilton County Developmental Disabilities (DD) Services Board.

Butler was appointed to a four-year term by the Hamilton County Commissioners. Hamilton County DD Services offers a wide range of services for more than 9,000 children and adults with disabilities in Hamilton County. Butler also serves as the secretary for the Cincinnati Bar Association's Real Property Committee and is a past executive board member for the Norwood Service League.

Butler is a member of the Corporate Department. She concentrates her practice on general corporate, commercial, banking and real estate transactions. Butler assists clients with a variety of commercial and business matters, including contract negotiation, general corporate governance, commercial lease negotiation, title insurance matters and real estate financing, sales, and acquisitions. She is a faculty member with the Dinsmore & Shohl Leadership Academy and co-chairs the firm's associate retreat committee.
