Dinsmore & Shohl LLP’s Erin C. Farabaugh has been elected Chairwoman of the Future Corporate Leaders Board (FCL) for The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Pittsburgh. Farabaugh has been on the FCL Board since its inception and has served many roles, including Co-Chair of the Education Committee. She is the first female chair of the FCL.

The ACG provides a global network for professionals in the merger and acquisition community, and promotes corporate growth through programs, education and networking. Members include CEOs, Chief Financial Officers, private equity group managers, business buyers, bankers, strategic planners, investment bankers, lawyers and accountants.

Farabaugh is an experienced transactional attorney and member of our Corporate Department and Business, Acquisitions and Securities Practice Group where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions of all sizes, and providing legal counsel to privately held businesses at all stages of the business life cycle. Her focused approach to growth and exit planning includes providing business owners with assistance to grow and protect their business while engineering an optimal exit. She is pleased to engage with her clients as both a lawyer and a trusted business advisor. Farabaugh also serves as outside general counsel to entrepreneurs and emerging technology companies, and assists several private equity clients with strategic acquisitions, reorganizations and divestitures.
