Joseph Tucker Named to Leadership Kentucky Class of 2017

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP's partner Joseph Tucker has been selected to the Leadership Kentucky Class of 2017. 

Leadership Kentucky, a non-profit educational organization established in 1984, brings together a class of private and public sector professionals each year to gain insight into issues facing the state. During the program’s seven two-day sessions, participants meet with Kentucky leaders and discuss the commonwealth’s challenges, opportunities and resources. 

“I look forward to getting to know this year’s Leadership Kentucky class and working with my colleagues to learn how we can make a difference in our respective communities and throughout the state,” said Tucker. 

With extensive experience in creditors’ rights and FDCPA, FCRA and TCPA litigation, Tucker is also a member of Dinsmore’s Public Utilities Practice Group and handles a wide variety of matters at the trial court and appellate levels. He has defended complex insurance coverage and bad faith disputes under auto, property, CGL, D&O, E&O, and occupational accident insurance policies.
