Richard D. Porotsky, Jr. Reappointed to Two Board Positions

Dinsmore & Shohl Richard “Rick” D. Porotsky, Jr. has been reelected to the Western Economic Council and the Southwest Ohio Chapter of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
The Western Economic Council promotes high quality and balanced economic development as well as redevelopment throughout western Hamilton County.
Porotsky also will be serving his third year on the board for the Southwest Ohio Chapter of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). The CLM is the largest professional insurance association that offers networking events, specialized education services and a full range of industry resources.
A partner in the litigation department, Porotsky focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including private equity matters, international dispute resolution, and insurance coverage issues. His extensive experience representing private equity interests includes a variety of cases involving business valuation, disputed accounting issues, profitability levels, and disclosures to investors.
