William McClain and Craig Neiheisel Join Dinsmore & Shohl's Cincinnati Office

Dinsmore & Shohl is pleased to announce that William McClain and Craig Neiheisel have joined the firm's Cincinnati office. McClain will practice in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group while Neiheisel joins the Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Prior to joining the firm, William McClain served as a Staff Attorney for Premier Health Care Services, Inc., a physician practice management company serving approximately 40 hospitals across seven states. While serving as in-house counsel, he was responsible for a wide variety of legal matters including employment law issues, contracts, healthcare compliance and litigation. McClain earned his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University and his B.S. and A.A.S. from the University of Cincinnati.

Craig Neiheisel concentrates his practice in intellectual property law with a focus on patent preparation and prosecution, litigation, and counseling. He has represented clients in multi-patent litigation related to smartphone software, voice over internet protocol, semiconductor devices and semiconductor manufacturing technology. Prior to joining the firm, Neiheisel practiced in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, his M.S. from the University of Michigan, and his B.S. from The Ohio State University.
