Nick is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Prosecution and Opinion practice group.
Prior to joining Dinsmore & Shohl, he graduated from Washington University School of Law. During law school, Nick worked at the school’s Intellectual Property Clinic, helping inventors obtain patent protection through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Pro Bono Program. Nick now assists clients in all areas of intellectual property law, including patentability searches and opinions, patent application preparation and prosecution, patent infringement studies and opinions, and patent maintenance and enforcement.
