Oleg Khariton

Biography

Oleg focuses his practice on patent infringement litigation in the U.S. district courts and post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  He has experience representing clients in a broad range of technical areas, including mechanical, chemical, and biochemical technologies. 

His experience includes handling various aspects of patent litigation, including dispositive motions practice, discovery, claim construction, and depositions.  As part of his post-grant practice, he has participated in numerous inter partes reviews, handling nearly all written submissions, working with experts, and taking and defending depositions.

In addition, Oleg has experience briefing and arguing patent appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
