Dinsmore & Shohl LLP is pleased to announce that Perry W. Oxley has joined the firm as a partner in the Litigation Department. Oxley moved from Offutt Nord, PLLC's Huntington, WV office to Dinsmore & Shohl's Charleston office.

Perry W. Oxley focuses his practice in a wide array of practice areas including general litigation, insurance defense, torts, products liability, medical malpractice, and health care law. Oxley earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law and his M.B.A. and B.B.A. from Marshall University.
