Peter is a construction lawyer. His substantial experience understanding of the industry, as well as his knowledge of general business disputes, allows him to modify his approach for each client, carefully crafting a strategy to meet their individual needs and goals.
Peter’s understanding of the construction industry allows him to advise clients through disputes and liability avoidance at every phase of a construction project, from the drafting and negotiation of initial contracts all the way through to post-project issues such as construction defect claims. He also brings a knowledge of construction reform law, allowing him to guide clients through the complex and evolving legislation that continues to impact the industry. In addition to drafting custom-made construction documents and advising clients on appropriate modifications to standard construction contracts, he has also represented clients through a variety of matters, including:

Peter also remains active in construction-related organizations, allowing him to stay advised of developments that will impact the industry. He is a member of the Builders Exchange (BX) of Central Ohio, and a participant in the BX Rising Leaders Program. Additionally, he also is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Central Ohio, the Columbus Bar Association’s Construction Law Committee and the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry.
