Working with suppliers and clients, RCF Group faces the pressure of not only providing quality service and products, but also safeguarding their position, should problems arise. Our team works extensively with RCF Group in managing their contract and supply agreement process, handling everything from providing comprehensive review and analysis to negotiating terms and standardizing language. Although RCF Group often finds itself subject to agreements and contracts drafted externally, our attorneys come to the negotiating table with a thorough understanding of their objectives and operations and work to ensure our client’s interests and assets are protected throughout the process and beyond.
In addition to managing contracts drafted externally, our team also has constructed a general services agreement template. Part of growing their business has entailed tackling unique business ventures, including establishing an agreement with the Cincinnati Parks Department for “Urban Timber,” a program that enables RCF Group to utilize wood from trees that have been removed from public or private properties. The wood is repurposed into usable lumber for various projects, including furniture for public schools. Our attorneys worked closely with parks’ officials to negotiate and draft the agreement, resulting in a positive program for the community.
